Mine replaced Toby: a new tab page with collections, a drag that saves a tab and closes it, a search that launches anything, and a sweep for links I stopped clicking. Yours is a different browser and a different pile. Fill in how you hoard and get the plan for a new tab page you own.

Which browser?

The extension format is the same across Chromium browsers. Firefox is close, with a couple of differences the plan calls out.

How many computers?

One means everything lives in the browser and nothing leaves it. Two or more means a tiny sync backend you own.

How do you hoard?

Tick every one that's you. Each becomes a job the page is built to do.

Tab dumpsForty tabs open, all of them "for later". Saving a tab should close it. A curated libraryLinks you come back to for months. Bookmarks, but findable. A launcherThe new tab page is where you start everything. Speed matters more than sorting.

Which upgrades over a plain bookmarks bar?

These are the ones I added over what Toby gave me. Untick anything you won't use.

Type to launchOpen a new tab, start typing, arrow keys, Enter. No clicking through folders. A stale sweepLinks you haven't clicked in a while dim out, then a keep-or-toss pass, one keypress each. A frequent rowThe links you click most float to the top on their own. No pinning by hand. StarKeep forever. A starred link never dims and always sorts first. Archive a collectionHidden from the grid, still searchable. For the project that's over but not gone. Open allOne click opens every link in a collection as background tabs.

Keep it flat?

Collections and links, nothing elseNo spaces, tags, notes or nested folders. Untick it and the plan adds tags, and warns you what that costs. Put a character on the pageSomething that reacts when the pile shrinks. Mine has none, it's a pure utility. Yours can.

What should I write it as?

The build prompt plans the extension. The sweep skill runs the keep-or-toss pass from Claude Code, and it needs the sync backend, so it only appears with two or more computers.
